Full-service planning is designed for couples who want guidance from the very beginning. We handle everything from concept design and vendor curation to timelines, budget tracking, and full on-site management. Month-of coordination is perfect for couples who have planned the details themselves but want our team to step in four to six weeks prior to finalize logistics, confirm vendors, create detailed schedules, and oversee the entire wedding day.

What packages do you offer?

We offer four primary services tailored to your needs: full-service wedding planning, partial wedding planning, month-of wedding coordination, and wedding-day coordination. During your initial consultation, we will review what you have already organized and recommend the perfect level of hands-on support.

Can you work with vendors we have already booked?

Yes, absolutely! We love collaborating with your chosen creative team. We will seamlessly step in, review contracts, introduce ourselves to your vendors, and manage all logistics and timelines moving forward.

Do you help with wedding design and décor?

Yes! Depending on your package, we help craft a cohesive aesthetic that blends classic romance with modern sophistication. We assist with colour palettes, mood boards, floral direction, table settings, and floor plans so your wedding feels uniquely yours.

How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?

We recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance, especially for full-service planning during peak summer and weekend dates in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. However, we are always happy to check our availability for shorter timelines and month-of coordination.
